The date tool

Dates and calendar reminders are worked out in your browser. The campground and date you pick are not sent to us. The reminder file (.ics) is made on your device.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to count visits and a few actions: when the date tool is used (which place, and whether the date is open yet), when a reminder is downloaded, when a partner link is clicked, and when someone signs up for email. GA4 uses cookies and receives your IP address, browser and approximate location. It does not receive your email address. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on.

Email reminders (MailerLite)

If you sign up, your email address is stored by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited / UAB "MailerLite"), our email provider, to send booking reminders. Signup is double opt-in: you are added only after you click the confirmation email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share the list. See MailerLite's privacy policy.

Lodging map (Stay22)

Some pages offer a map of places to stay from Stay22 (Stay22 Inc.). It loads only if you tap it. Once loaded, Stay22 receives your visit and may set cookies so bookings are credited to this site. See Stay22's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link to official booking sites (ReserveAmerica, Recreation.gov, CampWithME, Vermont State Parks) and to alert services (Campflare, Campnab). Some links are affiliate links (see the Disclaimer). Those sites have their own privacy practices.
